I made a neighbor for Rozen, also.. because I've lacked another moth king to fill in the roles from the Eclipse of Moff squad oof.
Basically, there's like Four Kings in the Eclipse; Sinclair, Rozen, Noctae and this moffbab Reficul. (Valravn doesn't count since he's not of their generation and Haskell isn't royalty-oof)

Cuz in a story I remember when I had an RP with , Culgan wanted Reficul's kingdom to serve him but ofc Refi refuses and prefers unification. Culgan lashes out and as a result, massacred the whole kingdom, killing not only most of Calypthraum's citizens but also Reficul's wife, leaving only the king and his daughter alive.

-Also, don't judge him by his looks, yes he looks like an intimidating vampire, but he's often come across as relaxed and collected, he rarely gets mad(and if he does, it ain't a pretty sight)
-He does not hold Rozen accountable for his kingdom's fall and still treats him like a brother.(he only despises Culgan)
-during meetings, he would either bother Rozen and Sinclair in a playful manner, often telling him he gets "quite lonely at times." or quietly sulks when he remembers his deceased wife.
-Refi's like Prince Stolas in a way, minus the narcissism, and he's straight.(I also headcanon him to have Stolas voice :>)
-... well basically, he's a cross between Prince Stolas& Jedah. But a good boi moff.
-uses blood magic, gg.
-Reficul wields the Sanguis rune, prospered for centuries with the rune's power radiating from the kingdom's altar, allowing vampire moths to live on without feasting on blood.
