I think this is his finalized form :'D (I goddamn hope so) NOPE, NEW VERSION COMING UP VERY SOON! :'D

I wanted to make him look a tad different than what was seen before... Though after going through several reiterations of him, I ended up with something still similar to the original concept. I wanted him to look like a knight who still retained some of his nobility yet takes on a rugged appearance (think Black Knight from Dark Souls) due to his status as an exile. Damn though, it's a fun process nonetheless (And I still can't imagine the pain that graphic designers and concept artists for film and video games have to go through @_@ )

Though he seized Soulrend in order to save his comrades, Alderic Ardendel is deemed a traitor by the Golden Dragons for not following strict orders. Now on the run from them and the marauding malvar, Alderic’s only choice is to seek solace in the icy reaches of Heaven’s Peak where no one would dare to follow him. Accompanied by spirit of the sword's former holder, his journey consists of battling his former friends, traversing hazardous lands, and struggling to maintain his humanity, slowly under corruption by Soulrend’s demonic influence. Thoughts of loss, torment, and a glimmer of regret intrude Alderic's mind, for his purpose in life is now invalidated by the abandonment of his dear comrades. Soulrend is a weapon capable of dismantling the ancient stalemate between the humans and the malvar, yet Alderic seeks to only serve himself when both sides turn to oppose him.
