WOAH! Here's some Silver Surfer fanart I did for my dad for Christmas. It's pretty much all just india ink using either a brush or traditional pen and ink, and his 'silver' skin is done in watercolours, as well as the white splatter (I did the splatter before his body inks and I used watercolour so that I could actually ink over it I love watercolour *sigh*). AND THERE IT IS!
The pencils for this took me SO LONG, mainly because I hate drawing normal looking people with muscles. It's the antithesis of my entire style. WHAT? YOU WANT NORMAL PROPORTIONS AND MUSCLES?!?!?! Whipped out all of my comics for refs and for ideas on making his skin look silvery. Probably doesn't but CARE!

Oh Silver Surfer. Thanks for saving the world!

And yes, I do realize his torso is a bit too long and his upper chest musculature is not sublime. but...
