I saw this when it was a Daily Deviation and had to find it again once I created my account. It's so amazing. Everything about it is so perfect: the colours, perspective, lines, and the lighting. An incredible shot.

At first I thought the guy was missing his girl, because you know, sometimes it's a couple thingy to get into a photobooth and take a few shots. And then i noticed the poster on the wall, which add even more to that picture. Suprised twice, I must admit this is a very good photograph.

I love that yellow jacket, its stark and out of place, thats what makes it so appealing and sexy. Very cleverly arranged photo (or was it by chance?). Either way very good composition.
And congrats on your DD Bruyne, well deserved. All of these people who have just discovered you through this are in for a big surprise at how much your talent exceeds.

As everyone else has stated, this is a very thought provoking pic. I found myself staring at it for at least 10 minutes, letting the possible plots swirl through my mind. Any piece of art that creates such a story deserves massive praise and this photo is very deserving of being a DD. Congrats on such a clever piece!

I don't get it, but the description of it as a daily deviation makes me think I'm missing something. Is the girl on the poster supposed to be somewhere else? I can't see any obvious sign of this, but maybe I didn't look hard enough. I get that it's a picture of someone taking a picture of themselves, but that's about all I could figure out. I also wondered why I a peice of the photomachine, just above the coin slot, seems to be transparent.
If there's more to it than that, I'd like another hint.

I had to take a good long look at this, something I haven't been able to do in a long time with a good pic. Firstly this is definately going on my favs and secondly congrats for making the dd.
Now
I noticed the cigerette on the floor. Makes me think there is someone around the corner, standing out of view. I also noticed the sign with the 4 on it. It's like the kidnapper is around the corner, and the location is 4, and the person in the booth is the girl. But its not really the girl, because she has really nice shoes, and if she were a kidnapped girl, she wouldn't have those shoes. I like that, because you see that your being double crossed. I also noticed that the panel on the picture booth was missing. It looks lonely, and obviously cold here. You can see what someone called a cape, but i think it is just a platform of some sort, or structure, because it is reflecting the light from the cilling. It is a game of quiet waiting in still coldness. I can almost hear the drip drip of water from all the silence. This is fabulouse!:d
