i got the idea to make animal 'buddies' from the pet freature in IT IW and IEthe animals don't move but they do look cool
i can do this with other animal meshes so i was woundering would you guys like to have these 'buddies' as item options?

i still need word from at lest one more of the testers then i can release them
there are 40+ items so it's going to be worth the wait and I can do custom colored items EX green and black butterfly instead of blue

They all work fine except for the zebra--it's missing its texture. Easily fixed.

I think you need to include the material in the item coding, since both material file and texture are present.

i went into the files where i got the zebra from and there is no materal file

It's one of the materials in critters.material

ok so we know the coding isn't wrong I'm stumpted I don't why it wouldn't work

Sometimes, even when the coding is right, the textures just don't show up. This happened with the textures of some fish I had been planning to put in my map. I think the meshes might not be compatable.

yeah it could be that too but what i don't understand about that is it works for other people and infact they had trouble with the dragon only but that was just a simple fix by adding a material i forgot

txt file i think you use something like notepad and for DAT files i got no clue try goggleing it
