I love it! Would you please tell me how to do this? I've been trying for months to figure out how to add items from other games, like Portal 2, to Feralheart like this. But as much as I've tried, I can't get it to work. I know how to change item colors, like the Crystal, to say a Rainbow Crystal, but every time I try to do this, I can't get it to work.

I made that mesh my self, I didn't get it from any games.
Sorry I don't know how to do that either. )=

That's alright, hopefully someone will come around one day and tell us how. Haha!
Anyway, you made this yourself? This is insanely close to the real one! Great job!

Okey, sorry for the late reply.
Where did you put the files?
Did you past the files inside the folder, or did you past the whole folder its self, into the proper location?

GingaFreak11 In reply to Chunkymonkey94 [2012-08-13 23:38:45 +0000 UTC]

Feral Heat>Media>objects>My_Objects
I took them all out of the folder and put them there. Everything but the coloring works.

alright then just go back into the object maker and when you open up the cube mesh, type in the name of its materials file into the space under the mesh field, in the mesh tab.

Did you put all the files in its proper area?
The .object file needs to be in the objects file NOT the my_objects file.

The only other think I can think of is to re-download the companion cube mesh and retry the process.

try adding in the mesh manually, go into the object maker and type in the name of the mesh in there.
you might have to fix the scales after words but this should work.

what?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chunkymonkey94 In reply to SparkleWolf404 [2012-07-14 01:20:37 +0000 UTC]

in the object maker there is a tab called mesh, go into this tab and find the bar titled mesh.
type in the name of the mesh you want, remember to add a .mesh at the end of the name, then push the add new button at the bottom of the menu.

ok now what?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Chunkymonkey94 In reply to SparkleWolf404 [2012-07-14 04:25:31 +0000 UTC]

After all of that you need to go back to the first tab and find two bars title Name and Group,
Basically just give these two any name you want then push the save button.

Chunkymonkey94 In reply to SparkleWolf404 [2012-07-14 04:34:48 +0000 UTC]

Go back into the object maker if you left and if you go back into the mesh tab you'll find option that will make the mesh bigger or smaller.

Its sort of hard to do but if you mess around in the materials files then you should be able to change something.
