Whew, I finally finished my entry!

I am so happy to finally submit my entry for the Bagbean CTA after working on it for so long. My room is full of paper snippets, but I am proud how my first paper shadowbox turned out!

From the first glance I saw this cutie bagbean, I imagined her as an eager adventurer, always on the search for little treasures, having fun exploring rivers, streams or the jungle. And I wanted the shadowbox to capture one of her many little adventures!

Most Rummynose tetras have their natural habitat in the lower Amazon area (in Griffia they would live between the Struggling Snake river and the Deep Jungle), so I tried to capture the local plantlife with driftwood, algae, water hyacinths and a little curious Paramice on the surface. Seeing that the fishes are pretty small, I imagined that they would have easier access to hidden nooks or areas, where they would often find lost objects from unlucky Bagbeans and lead Rummy (shortname for the bagbean x3) to them. She would either keep these as little treasures or try to find their former owner...but screaming on the village market doesn't seem to work for her

Collecting these things would be not only bc of fun for her, but also bc she would be pretty serious about pollution, due to Rummynose tetras being pretty sensitive to such changes!
