Cranked out some fluff to cheer myself up. Just finished my 3rd playthrough of this game. Still awesome.
I said I wasn't going to play Sith Lords, but... if I can get it work on my laptop, I might actually start that soon. >_>
(EDIT: I played it [with restoration mod]. It was really good. Kreiaaaa omg)

I'm sure you've heard this warning already, but go into the second one expecting not-greatness. I knew everyone was disappointed in it before I started, so I was able to enjoy it for what it was. It's got some really good things! It's just... unfinished.

Oh, I have, I have. I am almost contemplating not playing it and being done with KOTOR1 (at least it had an amazing ending). I'm one of those people who need a good ending or I am left feeling...incomplete, if that makes sense. Lol. I know when he finished KOTOR2, he just stared at the computer for about five minutes. I asked him what was wrong, and he's like "THAT'S IT?!"
Oh, I know! I know they're coming out with a new Star Wars game, Star Wars 1313, I believe. But...it just doesn't look....super. You play as a bounty hunter (nothing to do with the jedi, from what I can tell). I know, where I'm from, they're releasing all of the Star Wars in theaters in 3D, so maybe that will create a bigger following and hopefully lead to a KOTOR3...from what I've read, they had a lot of KOTOR3 already written out and planned.

I spent almost 2 years after the end of finishing KotOR going NOPENOPE NOT GOING TO PLAY K2 STICKING WITH MY HAPPY ENDING.....but then eventually gave in.
I still have some hope for K3, but from what I've heard of the MMO (I haven't played it) what they did there was basically wrapping up the story. Albeit in an unsatisfying way. Sigh. Forever bitter~

For a while I was really resistant to playing K2 (I was content to stick with my K1 happy ending, tralala~), but the characters seem really interesting, and reading the Wookiepedia summary is just not the same. So I gave in eventually. 
It's kinda sad how the universe ends up in pretty much the same place regardless of what path you chose in first game. I'm still mostly enjoying it so far. I love Atton

You've only played it three times? Man do I play that game too much. I beat it twice a week, every week, since I bought the thing, except for two months I didn't play it at all.

Oh man, if I had the time, I'd play it constantly. Funny thing though, my 3 playthroughs? All LSF. I've started a DSM playthough, but I can't handle my party members constantly guilt tripping me.
I did just start playing the second game, finally. Originally I planned not to because what happens to Revan depresses me too much, but I gave in. I am liking it so far.
