Uh oh Kryp is angry derg. Ya dun wanna get bit.
Done entirely at the dentists office yesterday. Had to get a cavity filled. ~10 minutes in the waiting room and ~30 minutes after getting the first local anestisia shots. Had to crank the stabilizer higher than normal because my hand was shaking hardcore. I only had to do a couple minor things with the slobber and watermarking at home afterwards. I'm still in a bit of an artblock, but this has helped me recover a bit from it.
...now to do it all again for a different dental surgery tomorrow. woooooooo.

Kryp looks pissed! I love it, there's a lot of primal emotion in his expression that I love. He seems super angry and defensive, but I love that there's also a composure to him, and with the context of the title, it feels like this is a "warning" before he really goes off and causes some damage. Cool to see this sort of display from him; I like the concept that he is civil enough to give a heads-up. There's a sweet side to that gold ole golden boi.
Just a question, is it possible the emotions you felt in the waiting room really fed into this piece? I know we've talked about us both having a lot of anxiety with dental work, so I can relate. I think the idea of you putting that energy into your art is really great and definitely productive. The end result makes for some impactful work! It's something I haven't done in a while other than a few sketches with blood, but this seems really polished and pleasant.Β

Sorry for taking so long to get to this. Yeah Kryp doesn't like dentists very much for sure.Β It's a warning, but you're getting awfully close to a bloody bite. >
I mean I guess so. xD In this case, I just wanted to do a maw, but after the anesthetic was applied my hands were shaking so bad doing the outlining that I had to crank the stabilizer so hard LOL.
