^my first Chrono monster, for an archetype on my wiki called "Rainbow-Eyes". Sadly, I couldn't be able to remove the copyright thing in the bottom-right to put 1996 KAZUKI TAKAHASHI instead of yours, but that's a fun card to make.

One more thing, do those "special" "stars" have special names, much like how the "stars" of an Xyz Monster is called a Rank?

No, they are more of a marker (like link monsters) to indicate the number of turns
