Honestly, he might just be one of my favourite Decepticons in this RID series thus far (besides Quillfire, Clampdown, Zizza and Thunderhoof)! 
What can I say? I always enjoy the crazy ones.

I completely agree! Most of these RID Decepticons are animal-based, with vehicle modes. It makes no sense!
