Looking at some games with ulsw sprites i had discovered that some sprite sheets are used without their creator's permission/without crediting the creator , looking at that really pisses me off , i can imagine wasting A LOT of time working on something so that someone else come and use it without crediting you for your hard work or without your permission....so i will say THIS...Dragon ball's characters (like goku and vegeta) will be free and avalable to download...other sheets like my characters or someone else's character...will be Restricted...im not giving other ppl's OC's sheet to ppl to use , only the owner of the character will have the sheet...BUUUUT....if i find out that avalable sheets that i made...had been used without my permission...all sheets will be restricted PERMANENTLY....so ASK if you CAN or CANNOT USE...you won't die if you ask , you know ?...you have been warned.

Wellp...i wasn't reeeeally planning to make an sheet...but i have been requested to make liquir's sheet for someone (funny how there are NO gods of destruction's sheets in ulsw lying around)...at first tought i had decided to make it restricted...but that wouldn't be fair with the people who DOES ask for permission before using...if you're gonna use it,ask...don't make me regret making it avalable for everyone
