Contracted by the military to make combat robot masters that can serve duel purposes in society, the two robotic scientist Dr.Ty and Dr.Sebs had a heavy challenge to over come. Not only facing a extremely low budget, but also time constraints. Which left there project incomplete, using their patent pended Indo Man Skeleton and parts they got from the black market, they were able to create Dragon man and Ryuuga which surprisingly did outstanding work. Being the combat robot the government was looking for. But good time's won't last once the test was completed and papers were signed, Dragon man and Ryuuga went missing afterwards never to be herd from again.
