Still feeling very unsure which painting method feels the most comfortable and efficient to me. Not having a workflow for painterly portraits slows down the process but I still enjoy the experimentation.

I decided to experiment more with greyscale to color method using my older value study sketch of Adelaide Kane. Tried out some different lighting situations. I feel like it was some useful practice as I'm aiming to create more interesting color combinations from imagination. I also tried a new texture brush by redheadstock . Loved it a lot!
