man that's an amazing shot! I had a similar experience while shooting birds ([link] ).
it's certainly ain't as easy as it may seem, especially if u don't have a GOOD zoom lens.
BTW: I thought those were wild gees/goose, not ducks?

that's an incredible capture! Quite frankly large groups of birds creep me out a bit (lets just say i've had a bad experience) and i don't think i could have stomached getting that close to get that shot, well done!

It was hard for me to get this close
since one little movement can scare them off
and they could fly over me leaving presents on my head
so I literally took like 15 minutes to get about 50 meters
