I love this piece and it's done pretty well. I love Uraraka dress I also like the blurry effect on the moon. However, it isn't perfect There are some problems with the shading and Bakugous anatomy. Let's start first with the shading. I can tell you used black to shade this picture and other pictures as well. Using black to shade a picture isn't a good thing to do it will make your pictures look flat and weird. Instead, you should use; for this picture at least; a dark blue seeing how it's taking place during the night time. Using dark colors for shading can give a picture more depth and the same goes for lighting you should never use pure white for a light source. Now Bakugous anatomy and how he looks like an undercooked pancake. His face looks squished and needs to be more wide. He also needs to be more geometric because he looks kinda feminine. Guys are usually less round and sharper especially in the face. Also, I think his hair should be fluffer. :3
Uraraka dress and anatomy is well done and the placement of shadows is also well done in this piece.
To summarize don't use pure black or white for shading or for lighting. And Bakugous face looks weird and squished.
Here are some video which may help you improve based on the problems you had in this piece.
