They assigned KISAME to buy fabric (would say tobi but he's too styupid...)!!! And then they didn't have enough to finish the pants!!! And all of them wearing capries would make them look more flaming gay then they already did!!!!! So sasori-danna charitably cut up his sock puppets and the stupid leg warmers were born!!!!!!!!!!!
