I decided to distribute this base for 1 week!
I made this base in January, but I didn't use this base....
I'll delete PSD file after 1 week.

+ It is PSD file. not png file.
+ I divided color layer of eyes, so you can change color of eyes very easily.
+ you can recolor my base but don't sell that recolored base to others.(selling adoptable is OK!)
+ you can change detail but don't sell that edited base to others.
+ you can't use this base for commission and any commercial use.
