Description
5/5 commissions slots open click for details -> COMMISSIONS open!First moment when Ariuna meets with her father, Mirza. This is retrospective watercolor painting of my OCs.
When Ariuna was born, Mirza actually was not at home. He was in need to accompany another nomadic warlord, but of course he knew that his wife Sarantsetseg might have give birth to his second child. So while Mirza was together with his warriors travelling in the steppe, he told everyone that soon, might another great warrior arrive to his family. But when he back home, he got surprising news: here was not another boy born, but a girl. This news not affected Mirza's mood, despite, many other men would probably be dissapointed, but he dont give any shit at all. From the first moment Mirza took little Ariuna on his hands, he felt deep tenderness and hapiness in his heart. He finally had a thought that here will be someone who never join the war path, and never will lose a life on battlefield, that little precious person will live a peaceful life and he will do anything to protect her from the any harm cruel world can do to her.
hehe. Well, at that moment, Mirza yet did not knew that Ariuna will rise forever dreaming to became an amazon warrior
On picture appears: Bayar, Sarantsetseg, and Mirza holding little Ariuna on his hands.
Another artwork of Bayar and Ariuna as kids:
Though in my storyline both Bayar and Ariuna appears as grown up adults:

Wow, I love this so much. This image makes me feel so warm and happy on the inside, happy Mirza family with his wife and kids. Although Sarantsetseg really only loved Mirza for money, she looks really happy and loving here, to see her husband embrace his daughter! And Mirza looks so hot in his armor and the fur trimmed helmet!

I like how you kept everything in warm color scheme with red, yellow, and orange (the purple on Bayar's outfit gives a little nice contrast/break). Feels so cozy like a warm home!
This looks like it could be made into a quilt or a textile to be hung on walls!

Thank you so much It was so interesting to draw this warm picture about Mirza's past. And Sarantsetseg even seems being "cold" mother looks like she really loving here because she touching little Ariuna's head gently with her head. This moment Mirza share with his family is one of that rare moments when he have fully idealistic relationship with everyone. (including his wife).

Yeah, I can definitely see it all in this image. It's nice to see that there was a moment even when Sarantsetseg was happy to cherish this very moment with her kids and husband (seems like in here, she doesn't care about wealth or money at all, she just only cares about her family).

Aww, that is so sweet. It's great that Mirza didn't give a shit that he had a daughter and was the opposite of disappointed. I've always loved how kind he was towards his daughter. Lol, too bad he didn't know she had those dreams of becoming an Amazon. It's cute that he always wants to keep her innocent.
Great work on the inside of the yurt, omg. The details are astounding!

Thank you so much Not like typically situation in middle ages, Mirza loved more his daughter, than his son. Bayar, by temperament is more similar to his mother. With Ariuna, Mirza was more close spiritually. Hehe
actually in story, Mirza already know that Ariuna dreaming to became a warrior, yet, he still was so overprotective. When He first time told to Ariuna that he met in battle kievan rus girl who was fighting in company of men, Ariuna was extremely impressed and wished to meet with Vera in person
Its interesting, but to draw and paint Yurt background was easy and interesting. something unusual to say for me hahah
