Your Ulmo interpretation looks different from what I imagined, and probably different from what most people see (the classical Neptune with a trident). But I like it very much. Iirc. JRRT wrote that most Maiar and Valar took a shape that was similar to the elves. The blue / white / grey tones fit him well. And with that hair he looks eternally elvish-young but old and full of experience at the same time!

I really like this, I cant say its how I see Ulmo but I do really like it. The hair is excellent and its almost like Nagel and Tolkien working together. Nicely done.
