For Day 2, I’ve drawn Bronagh and Saoirse from Song of the Sea.

I know they’re selkies in the film, not mermaids, but I wanted to play around with the idea of the selkie coat for this one. So wearing the coat covered from head-to-toe makes a selkie become a seal, right?

But what if they wore the selkie coat like a dress? That’s mainly what inspired the idea for Bronagh’s look in this picture. Probably not the most original idea in the world but I thought it looked nice.
