Em, I currently don't understand - if he uses this image as his PC background, it's totally fine - but if he modifies it, then it's bad

Hmm - it's complicated cause I allow using my works as desktop backgrounds - and if she/he happens to live stream something and my work presented there as just regular background, it's basically okay. I can't make to much rules cause mine are quite straight forward. If he/she dose use my work in different way as my exception rules state - it will be related with rule:"My work may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without my written permission." - i hope it makes sense.
