Chapter 1 Unexpected Turn of Events

Zim huffed as he picked himself off the floor having zoned out and fallen as the bell rang. "Stoopid humans."

A pair of black boots appeared in Zim's view. "What's wrong alien scum. Afraid of a little noise?"

Zim growled and dusted himself off. "Zim was only practicing for his latest plan of AMAZINGNESS!"

Dib huffs out a laugh. "Hah, what pathetic plan have you come up with this time? Tripping people so they fall to worship your stupidness."

Zim smiled and walked away. "You will see Dib-stink, you will see."

Dib lets out a growl. "I do not stink! And I don't want to know your stupid plan. Humph." ('I wonder if reverse psychology will work?')

Zim turned around with a grin on his face and... pressed his lips to the human's. "Good human."

A weird jumble of sounds comes from our poor hero who's brain seems to have broken at the moment. "wha da ha who jesh (etc.)"

Zim smiled and licked Dib's lips. "Shut up and be a good human like all the other brainless stink beasts."

"...whaaaaaaaaaaaa? Wait!" Dib unfortunately wakes up from his little day dream. "Don't touch me you... you..."

Zim smirked and stroked Dib's cheek. "Already over the confusion?" He pressed his lips to Dib's again before simply going back to his base.

Dib watches Zim leave in a hazy blur. ('wow, Zim tastes good') "WTF! What am I thinking?!?!?!? Zim is my enemy, and I must save the world!" Dib continues to rant as he sneaks off to spy on Zim's base.

Zim laid on the couch watching Gir instead of the TV. He'd lied about the plan. He'd gotten Dib confused but now what?

Dib peeks into Zim's window and Gir screeches out "Big Headed Boie!!! 8D" Which caused Dib to lose his balance and fall down before Zim could see him.

Zim sat up and opened the window, looking for Dib. "Filthy earth stink."

Dib having fallen in a randomly placed bush was hidden from Zim's view but was easily detected once he let out a squeal. "I DON'T STINK! stupid green alien...

Zim jumped out the window and dragged Dib into the house. "Dib-beast... you are in trouble now..."

Dib knocks Zim's hands off him. "Why? Are you planning on sucking my brains out? Huh? Huh? HUUUUUUUUUUUUH?"

Zim sighed, closed his eyes and kissed Dib hard. "Shut up."

Dib shoves Zim into his couch. "Stop that! Why do you keep kissing me, we're enemies not" *waves his hand about* "lovers or anything."

Zim smirked and shoved Dib against the wall. "Then why do you always stare like you do? I know what observation is and you stare with glazed eyes..."

A light blush covers Dib's face as he tries to stutter out a reasonable explanation. "Well... that is I... but you... I mean... I can't help it..."

Zim stroked Dib's cheek. "Do you think I'm that amazing? That you can't help but stare?"

"YES! I mean no... maybe..." Dib placed his hands on Zim's chest and very lightly gives Zim a shove as if he wasn't really trying to get away but doing it more of a habitual reaction of Zim's closeness.

Zim smiled and pressed all the closer. "You like Zim?"

Dib took a deep breath and feels a sense of euphoria wash over him. ('Is Zim trying to tempt me in a false sense of security? And what is that wonderful smell?') Dib leans his head down onto Zim's shoulder. "You smell good" ('Wtf, did I say that out loud?!?!?!')
