Well, I got inspired by something drawn on my page. bunnyb133 drew it as a joke at first. But I really liked the concept of GLaDOS being Chica and Felix being Foxy.It suits them well. GLaDOS in Crazy Fanfic is standoffish. But is also the lonely sort of sweet. If you look more into the fnaf fandom, Chica is that way too.
Felix suits Foxy well because in the game, Foxy is so aggressive. And in the fandom, Foxy is the easy bullying target and the most emotional.

Actually, in my fan-ficton with Bunnyb133, she really ended up being like a mixture of Freddy and Chica. I just had to choose one or the other.
In my opinion, canon GLaDOS is actually most like Mangle. Because she hangs from the ceiling, and lurks around. She's also all white with one yellow eye.
