These two characters were created from a dream I had, I was in the point of view of Starlight.By day, Starlight is a little cat, and by night he's a nekomimi that can invade dreams by falling asleep on someone and putting the star on his face against their cheek.
And Walter is the owner of the cat. He gets easily annoyed and impatient. But, to an extent he still loves his kitty.
These character designs look interesting.
