I don't remember if it's CrossLuminous or ObjectLuminous... But it's one of these effects ^^

Cross Luminous, I can tell from the dual-glow, it looks a little spiked at the end, rather than soft like regular ObjectLuminous. ^^ Hope that helped at all.
