This is not a very tiny grass, this is a moss. Something like Polytrichum [link] in a dry condition.

i think i am not sure there are two parts one grenn attached to the gound and the other about i or i.5 centimeter tall and and something like seed attached to it. it is on the seperating compound wall between my shop and adjusent house

I am quite sure that it is a moss... this is what I am studying and I have seen quite a lot of pictures of moss already. Also your description sounds totally like a moss!
