We've now finally returned to the story arc and also this is kind of the end of MerMay but not really. Since Ariel and Boopkins are gonna sit out on the story arc for the arc for a while at least until near the end enjoy. After the MerMay contest have officially ended Boopkins ended up being one of the winners despite not being a merperson. He at least was a unique entry in the contest and while he didn't perform the best in it. Ariel wanted to congratulate him but she ended up getting knocked out by Katie (No. 13) much to Boopkins' shock. Katie and Segiri (No. 7) then snuck away undetected while Boopkins was right behind them and was gonna tell someone on them before Katie put him into her mouth in order to keep him silent til they got back and after miles and miles of sneaking around trying to get back to their base unseen. They finally made it but they didn't want to deal with Meggy and Ripple's constant nagging about what took them so long and weren't aware of the danger Meggy, Ripple, Adeleine, Shiver, and Lua were about to get in. So they snuck in through the back passage and after entering the password for the entrance to the back passage. (I'll reveal what it is in the next part.) They finally got in and after getting in Katie spat out Boopkins who could barely breathe after so long in being in Katie's mouth. Katie thought he tasted delicious and was planning to eat him at some point. But she knows how much he loves his best friend Ariel. So she spared him. (For now.) Segiri then said "What shall we do with the mermaid for now?" Katie then answered "We're gonna have to transform her into a human that can excel in combat with extremely high strength and stamina and take out the crazy girl and her silly pet cat in just a matter of seconds. She'll be quite the girl with girl power. Now where are the 2 expert surgeons at modifying living creatures?" Katie then blew the alarm for the 2 surgeons and there comes Bon Bon and Chu Chu who are known for being expert thieves, tricksters, and mimes. Are now working for and living with Katie and Segiri thanks to Katie saving them from some talking monkey and have become understudies for Katie and Segiri whenever neither of them are attending their lab and Katie commanded the 2 mime girls to go change her into an action packed fighting machine with legs instead of a fish tail. This made Boopkins worry even more but Katie told him to stop being a little wuss. Eventually the 2 mimes accepted their order from Katie and gave out few french speaking quirks while walking Ariel into the operating room where she'll probably come back as a human who is a expert fighter. Katie has kind of adapted Bon Bon and Chu Chu goofy french personalities and speech patterns and even spoken french during her alone time with Segiri in the giant mechnwhich would explain the in universe explanation on why she's french now. Like I said before Ariel and Boopkins are gonna sit out on the story arc for now due to Ariel going through a transformation and Boopkins now being sent to stay in the aquarium where he'll make a few fishy friends in there every now. If Katie and Segiri doesn't decide eat him that's for sure. But outside the giant mech, trouble is afoot with The Queen.
