Oh damnz this is so gonna lag your computer xD the background is incredibly detailed and the tutorial is super huge, but i hope this one is my best xD

SKIN TONES:
Fair skin: #ffecdf
Medium/average: #ffdac1
Pinkie: #ffe3d1
Yellower: #ffeac3
Brown skinz: #e5b67e
light-Black dude: #d49d5c
A black dude: #754a17
A super-super-black dude: #381e00
Extra:
Zuzu: #cfc5b3
Felix: #f2c489

(the extra colors like the mouth, bruises or whatever, I'll put them later... too lazy right now)

note a few things about the face and neck shading...

The nose: In anime, the nose probably is the body part to most easily shade, just a line under the nose and in the nostril are good enough

Lips and chin: when shading the side of the face don’t shade into the lower lip or chin

Collar bone: The collar bone was cut off in this screen shot .__. but it should be outlined with your shade color

Forehead: the area above the eyebrow should be completely shaded,
depending on the hair style

Around the eye: I think shading around the eye is the hardest .__. and it’s actually not completely necessary, so you could just ignore it

Neck details: The neck shadow is probably the biggest shadow
there is, it usually just casts this huge chin-shaped
shadow, however, don’t shade into the Adam’s apple
and ouline the other details with your shade color
