I hope that in KFP 4 they will show more of the secret powers of each of the Furious 5, being all of them masters of their style so maybe they will get too the power of summon their full power. And Tigress should have a special link with Po, being him the Dragon Warrior and Tigress a tiger.

I've read that there's gonna be more of this series.
BUT! If they will make another one I have a few things that must be made:
1) Take away most of the pandas. Except Po's father. Their bond was one of the best thing of KFP3;
2) Bring back the atmosphere from KFP2 AKA keep the slaptstick humor on control. KFP strenght is not (only) the humor, but it's story and characters;
3) More respect towards the Furious 5. If there is one thing that I hated from the third movie is how the F5 are threated as clowns. Rather than using them to make us laugh by seeing how they get beated up by someone improve their attitude;
4) More focus on the story.
5) No more be what you are aesop! We got it 3 times and it starting to get stale as a lesson;
6) Do a Screw Fate trope! I'm tired of the whole fate thing. What if Po and Tigress are, by fate will, forced to fight to death and then both Po and Tigress manage to overcome it with the power of love?

It was announced about two or three years ago that there would be a total of 6 films, but now they're not sure.
And yes, I couldn't agree more!
I hated that we didn't see more of the 5 and how they were used for second-hand embarrassment. And the same lesson all over again defeats the purpose of the previous. My problem with the third film was that the writers seemed to take Po back to square one with knowing himself and what it means to be the Dragon Warrior. Like, didn't we already establish that in both KFP1 and KFP2? Its too repetitive. Not only that, but we saw less of Tigress, but I do understand how they needed to fit the other characters in the span of approximately 90 minutes.

One of the worst thing about KFP3 is Oogway revealing that he knew since when he saw Po that he was going to be the one to defeat Kai. That is so bullshit on so many levels.
I mean Oogway told Shifu about the illusion of control and yet he seemed to have complete control over it. Also, it ruins the whole message of the "There is no secret ingredient" with Po being a chosen one.
Ah, another thing: is just me or does this movie use the same scene from the first two movies?
Po hearing people mocking him of his new title, Po consulting with Shifu which only now show a new skill, Po and Tigress training/discussion....

That's true. I love the movie, but there so many flaws, like the ones you mentioned, that make it seem like they didn't spend a lot of time thinking this one through, which is one of the reasons why I'm not sure they should do a fourth one. Fellow KFP fans would probably disagree or hate me for this, but if they continue down the path they chose for the third installement, I would rather they leave it as it is instead of making it for the purpose of money. What's Kung Fu Panda without the heart put into it, or any movie for that matter? Of course, there was a focus on the animation and by gosh, it was extraordinary to see in 3D, but the story wasn't at that level.
And I think they just wanted to parallel the scenes with the other films for the nostalgia, I guess? For example, the scene with Po and Tigress training, it shows how Po became stronger. We can see he doesn't collapse in pain when he punches Tigress's paw.

Yeah, but she still beats him up. And she has no reason to doubt about the Wuxi finger hold would work.
And I can't help but hate how they used Tigress in the second part of the movie, where she does nothing at all except looking confused at Po's way of training of the pandas the WHOLE TIME, not once trying to help Po or the others, not even when they talk about the strategy!

Well, I think he committed suicide doing the Wuxi finger hold in KFP3. He "died" for his family, but with their help and Oogway's, he was able to return. It may have seemed as if he was alive, but many fans agree that he actually sacrificed himself for the greater good.
