I love Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. I really love that Alan Rickman is the voice for Marvin. Marvin love.I'll be switching Id's every once in a while between Marvin and my Sokka fangirlness! XD

The movie is not for those who are die-hard Douglas Adams fans. Although the movie was great, there is no comparison with the pure genius of the book.

Movies rarely, if ever, measure up to truly specatcular spectacles. WHen God made the Earth, he made sure that no movie could ever be as good as the original story it's based off of. It's a sort of compromise, I suppose, to say that people who come up with ideas, and can present them well in writing, totally pwn those who create cheap Hollywood knock-offs of their ideas.

"It hated me because I talked to it."
"You talked to it? What do you mean you talked to it?"
"simple. I got very bored and depressed, so I went and plugged myself into it's external computer feed. I talked to the computer at great length and explained my view of the universe to it."

"It committed suicide."

That made me *smile* (even if Marvin is *depressed*... he always is!) I loved the book, the tv series, I have the radio play on vinyl... the movie was way different from the series but I loved them both. Your details on Marvin are perfect, and I like the reflection on the floor. Way COOL!!!

Haha seriously! This was a great book and a good movie and Alan Rickman was THE ONLY choice for Marvin as far as I'm concerned. This is really cute btw. ^_^ I tend to say "this will only end in tears" a lot because of him teehee

One of the greatest characters EVER. He's brilliant in the original radio play, you know XD Ah, Hitchhiker's Guide.... first it was a radio play, then a book, then a tv series, then a beach towel, then a film. So awesome. This is some cool work, nicely done!
