it's too cold! since it has a low body temp to begin with, the snow doesn't help. Poor thing (；＿；) oh it also came from a warm climate, and it's not used to the cold. Yup, that's why it's grumpy

This one was born without that ability. Over the years, it's been teased and sidelined by its fellow ice types because it could never participate in any popular ice-type activities, and that has made it perpetually sour. It's mother told it to stop frowning or its face would get stuck like that, but it never could stop frowning, and now it's face is frozen in this grumpy expression for the rest of its cruel life.
