I want to apologize if you are offended in any way by my non-creativity *bows* I am a terrible story writer and I wanted a good story for my first doujin online.
The next up until page 6 or 7 the layout is the same but after that until the ending it follows a similar story line but the panels and art will be original

Nah, its okay. I did that plenty of times with some other junk I did, say, using Foamy's lines from Neurotically Yours cartoons just to annoy the hell out of my boyfriend.
A good story normally are based on how the writer likes it rather than thinking what's hot for readers these days.
You don't HAVE to write the whole damn story. Unless if you have a bit of story ideas floating around your head, I suggest you should carry around a notebook and pen (or pencil) and jot it down. Every once in a while, you can try to combine many of the plots together, piece by piece.
I ALWAYS carry around my black and white composition book and pen with me at all times. This helped me a lot with all the pieces of story ideas that I manage to take and combine into an online manga I'm working on Wounded Wings.
Keep the apology. This already happen too often to many people. I'm sure you'll come up with your own creative story. ^^
P.S. I'm a terrible writer as well when it comes to grammer uses.

I would never conform to the ideals of what's hawt and what's not, I've watched and read too much comic party to do that >___<;;
That's just it, I always have a notebook with me >___<;; I can come up with a million story ideas but I can never write them the way I want, my writting it so childish it's not even funny :disbelife: It's like : Bob-kun is nice, Bob-kun goes to the park with his doggie, Bobo-kun meets Himiko XD I think you get the point.
But I keep trying, I have a couple of new doujinshi's starting with original stories (Naruto characters though) but lately I've just been bothering people on Fanfiction.net to let me turn thier fanfics into doujinshis XD
I've been meaning to read your manga, it looked very interesting (judging from the cover XD) I try and find the time soon (once I get school work out of the way T_T)
I hope one day I can too, how am I supposed to take over the world if I can't XD
