The floor shook beneath you as you stood on the desk, the trophies and stacks of papers on it enough to show that this office you were in belonged to someone of import, even if the pony herself were not standing before you, her massive form of yellow, the fiery mane framing her face as she looked down at you with some interest, before sitting herself down in the chair at the desk, and tilting her head ever so slightly. "I don't really trust this method for cleaning a pony's teeth," she said, and you would have been insulted, if she had ever had your process. She hadn't, that was the whole point of this, and why the base doctor had requested she let you do your thing on her mouth. After all, it wouldn't do to have someone look the Captain of the Wonderbolts in the mouth and see tons of cavities. She was still looking skeptical, as she gently picked you up in her hoof, and brought you to her muzzle. "I'll let you do this once, but hurry. I'm supposed to train the cadets in 30 minutes," she told you, and you just waved her off, as she opened her maw wide, her tongue lolling out like a massive red carpet, the member gently touching the side of her hoof, and allowing you to climb onto it, the member dimpling a little under your miniscule mass as she carefully pulled it back into her body, which caused you to feel the ripple beneath it as you passed over her teeth, and she slowly closed her maw. A click, and you turned on the torch, and began to look around.

As expected of someone obsessed with the outside of her body and being in top shape, the inside was a mess, with stuff between her teeth looking rather bad, as you smiled, and then whipped out your special brand of Colgate(TM) magical floss, using one of her teeth to pop a piece off, which made her jerk and say something, the wind of her words blowing over you, but you unable to understand, as you got to work.
