I honestly dont get people who are fed up with OC x canon. Like why is this much of a problem? I think its funny and adorable to pair Them. Also they are just fictional characthers so it shoulnt even be a problem.

No, he not burning her face. She was created by Dr. Gaster in my fanfiction, HeartTell . A human-skeleton monster hybrid. If you look at her right hand you would notice that it just bone too.  The left side of her body has flesh and right is just bone.
