I believe this is such a wonderful drawing!
You have a really good perception of profundity, and you demostrated that in the eyes, wich, to be honest, were my favorite part of this drawing! :3
The shading looks alright and so does the lightning, though all I'd have to point out is that the shading in the upper part of the face is a liiiittle too soft, but apart from that, this is a great work!
