Another shot of my Classic Lolita outfit, this time standing inside the fort.A local photographer contacted me asking if I would be interested in modeling Lolita for a photoshoot, so I figured why not? I received the dress as a birthday present this year, and I really wanted some nice photos of me wearing it. We shot at the historic Fort Pickens just a little west of Pensacola Beach, Florida. The parasol was provided (and gifted to me!) by the photographer.

I believe that's the brand that the style is based on, I adore a lot of their dresses. *A* Thank you! The color is a little lighter/more peachy than I was expecting, but I like it!

Me too, but I have two "aggravations", so to speak: I can't afford the prices the brand makes for their pieces and even if I could, they don't fit me. I'm a big girl (not big as in massively overweight, but i have a big bone structure from 8 years of swimming) and for japanese standarts, I'm a plus-size. :s
I think the colour looks beautiful, it brings out the tone of your skin so elegantly!
