OK, now THIS card, might just be a bit broken... it is everything Overlay Hydra was, but it mills your opponent deck instead of your own, and is immune to targeting... Oh, and it get's more attack per Xyz Material then his weaker form. But hey, to bring it out to max potential you first need to bring out Overlay Hydra and then use Barian's Force on it, so, that might help in balancing it a bit. Anyway, here's the effect:

While this card is face up on the field, this card gains 1000 atk and def for every Xyz material attached to this card. When ever this card is to be destroyed; you may detach 1 Xyz material, if you do, this card is not destroyed and then you may take the top 2 cards on your opponent's deck and attach them to this card as Xyz material. While this card has "Overlay Hydra" attached to this card as Xyz material, it gains the following effect:
If this card is targeted for the activation of a card effect, you may detach 1 Xyz material from this card; negate the effect, destroy the card and then take the top 2 cards on your opponent's deck and attach them to this card as Xyz material.
