Man, I am being late on these... even when doing it bi-weekly. Here's the effect:----------------------------------------
Level: 3
Attribute: Dark
Type: Beast
ATK: 1200
DEF: 1200
During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Monster World" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Once per turn, You can roll 2 six-sided Dice; add from your Deck or GY to your hand, 1 "Monster World" monster as long as the level of the monster and the 2 die results do not have a total that exceeds 12.
