Whoops. meant to get this up on Sunday... sorry everyone. Here's the effect:--------------------------------------
Level: 4
Attribute: Dark
Type: Fiend
ATK: 1200
DEF: 1200
If your opponent targets a card you control with a card effect, Both players roll 2 six-sided dice. If the Sum of your Dice results is lower then the sum of your opponent's, negate the activation of that card effect and destroy it. If the activated effect was that of a monster card, your opponent may subtract the level/rank/link-rating of that monster from their total. If your targeted card was a monster card or you control a face-up "Terrible Realm - Monster World", you can subtract the Level of 1 "Monster World" monster you control from your total.

"targets a card".... "a card".... Dangit! How can I mess up the execution of my OWN custom card in a fanfic?! Uuuuugh, well, I guess it doesn't matter to much in the duel since it WAS luck based, and the moment I am thinking of is to destroy an upcoming Trap that has it's own luck based self-destruct mechanism.
Even so, this is embarrassing...
