Boy has it been a while.... wouldn't have been as long but my wifi has been frozen for about a month or longer, leaving me unable to post. Because of that, and work, the way I upload is going to be different from now on. Instead of one card every sunday, it will be just randomly whenever I get a chance, I may upload a small bunch.
I hope you enjoy card number 100 from me, and the First made using TCG editor instead of the YCM website. The artwork is not mine (it is from a person on Pixiv named Comic Hand I believe) but the effect is different from what you may expect. Here is that effect:

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 Toon monsters you control. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's summon, or the activation of any of this card's effects. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined ATK and DEF the Tributed monsters had on the field. If this card attacks when "Toon World" is face-up on the field and your opponent dose not control a Toon monster, you may pay 500 LP; the attack becomes a direct attack. You may pay 1000 LP; Destroy all Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls.

Okay, next up, to do some stuff around the house... because days off is not something I tend to be allowed to get, either I spend the day working at Walmart to help pay off college, or I spend the day working at home............... joy.

Last batch of the big 100 update!!!!
Huh, looking back at the earlier description, it looks like I still do things every Sunday anyway, though I did mix things up for this big update obviously. For this you will probably notice even less changes, as this card was originally made with TCG editor (the thing I currently use) while every other card was with the YCM maker website. But I didn't originally save this to a batch so i still re-made it anyway, if only to keep an archive version.
