Yep, lazy artwork is lazy, and just a few cards left in this batch.... good thing I prepared other batches by now huh? And the next couple are going to have some surprises in them. Anyway, here is the effect of this card:

During your opponent's End Phase, if you control no monsters; Special summon 4 Dragon-type monsters with different names from your GY, with their effects negated.

In case you couldn't tell, by... well the artwork and effect, this is what I would guess would be one of the cards that would have been in Zarc's deck before he merged with his dragons to become "Supreme King Zarc", with the impression that many of his cards change into Supreme King cards when he dose so (like how Yuya's 'Odd-Eyes Dragon' became 'Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon') with this card being what turns into "Supreme Rage".
Effect is probably kinda busted though as it lets you go +3 in card advantage... but I didn't know what other restrictions I could put on since I want you to be able to summon all 4 of the dragons pictured in the artwork here, which includes an Xyz monster, a main deck monster, a wind attribute monster and a dragon with a higher level and attack power then the others.
Hopefully, it being a non-chainable trap that requires you to put many different dragons to the GY first helps in keeping it balanced by slowing it down.
