I really should get started n some physics work that is due today, but I also meant to get this up yesterday, soooooPriorities. ...... here's the effect:

When activated, add one "LV" monster from your deck to your hand. While this card is on the field, the effects, attacks, and summonings of "LV" monsters cannot be negated.

Yep, a field spell for LV monsters, I thought they could use something that lets there monsters level up without being stopped. So here they go, I even made it so they can't have there attacks stopped here since sometimes you need to do battle in order to trigger there effect.
Bye bye, Solem(s), you have no power on these monsters here.

Big 100 update, boosted this effect a little bit, now it can search a LV monster upon activation, taking inspiration from the Chaturanga board card I made a while ago, as this is now basically a LV version of that card. I also changed the artwork around, as I have No idea was I was originally thinking with that one (looked kinda like a spider web) now the artwork is that of a LV monster with a protective aura around it, referencing how this card protects the actions of LV monsters from getting interrupted.

Concept's good, artwork needs improvement. Dunno how a ... spiderweb (?) conveys the idea of LV monsters being immune to negation. Pretty balanced card that offers a good deal of protection but isn't 'lol unbreakable defense lol'.

Yeah, I figured the artwork wasn't the best, but I don't really have the best resources to make any spectacular (or in some cases decent) artwork. I don't even really know how to describe what my thought for the artwork would be like, but I thought that since a cards artwork is (in my opinion) the least important thing about the card, I wouldn't spend to much time on that and focus more on things like effects and stats.
And Yeah, balanced cards is what I try to make.
