I mean 3rd-grade super saiyan is definitely more swole and taller than that. This looks more like the second grade which could explain why she is quite fast but if it's a different 3rd grade than the canon version then fair enough.

What happens, is that the saiyan of universe 6, don't possess great musculature, so the 3r-grade super saiyan of Caulifla is not so exuberantly muscular. At the moment they are only testing the strength of that transformation, in fact, they are about to discover the same as the saiyan of universe 7 at that time. For the time being we only have to wait for the next page xd
