A long time ago, back with the Playstation 1 was the most advanced model at the time. While nearly every gamer immersed themselves of the role playing game genre with Final Fantasy, The Legend of Dragoon was my first RPG experience and truly...I was a game playing experience I would come to enjoy.

The game was so vast, FOUR discs were the whole game.

I finished three of the four nearly 20 years ago. And still unknown to this day to me, I have NO knowledge why I didn't finish it. A choice I would come to regret. Throughout some of the years, whenever I reminisce about TLoD, the lamentation of not finishing it resurfaces. I felt it was one of those things that was never going to be...

Until one day, on December 16 late one night, my brother beckoned me into the living room wanting to show me something. I begrudgingly went in, wondering of my game interests, what could he have found that could possibly be of any interest to me?...

I saw the title THE LEGEND OF DRAGOON and it was available for purchase.

It took a while to sink in, but slowly a great feeling warmed my jaded heart. I felt games we played in the past would never gain recognition in the newer systems, that missed opportunities once lost were never to be gained again and it foolhardy to think different...

I finally have a chance to return to a world I never thought I'd see again, with wonders and lore galore.

For the past few days, I've been playing it and it feels like getting on a bike again.

I'm thankful for this early Christmas present from my brother whom purchased it for me. I am very, very grateful.
