I'm curious...why do you put eyelashes on colts? It really throws me off cause while ponies can be any colors, the shape of their muzzles and their eyelashes tell if they're male or female. So the eyelashes especially really throw me off on yours

To me, male and female isn't that black and white. Much like with humans, I believe that ponies can exhibit different characteristics. So if I want a male pony to appear more feminine, I give him eyelashes, maybe make his snout a little less blocky... stuff like that. Likewise, in the past I have drawn some pretty masculine female ponies that have bulkier bodies and such.
And also, there's simply the reason of personal preference. I happen to like effeminate male ponies. <3
