Inspired by Kaitodesign, who never fails to impress me!He was initially going to make a temple on a high tree as a shrine for Celebi, but then decided to go with another idea.
Paint and Photofiltre, I don't have Photoshop and I don't know how to add effects... everything was made with the tools at my disposal

Love the scenery, but (just a little critique) I wouldn't expect to find Celebi in an open area like that, I would think more of a dense forest of some sort.
But this would fit nicely for Meloetta or maybe Latios or Latias ^^

I could make a tutorial someday, but it's not like you need to follow a step by step process to make a screen like this. I mainly resized those little trees and flowers, copy pasted part of the White Forest's trees and made everything else free-hand!

I wish I could do this with photoshop but it always gets blurry.

"Hmm I remember encountering the same problem like you.
If you resize using Image Size command, change the interpolation from the default Bicubic to Nearest Neighbor which actually resize without blurring or sharpen the new size.
Also if you resize using free transform a lot, change the Image Interpolation in the Preferences>General to Nearest Neighbor."
