Funny story, I joined a raffle by tanashi and he said he prefers to draw Pokemon, which made me realize I don't have an updated ref for my Growlithe OC. Despite my apprehension, I pressed on, and 4 days later, here it is!

Takenouchi no Kaen (called /ka-enn/) is a Shinto priest-in-training at the Kamon Shrine. A daily thing that he has to deal with is meeting Pokemon and Pokemon trainers who assumed that the shrine is The Old Man's House, a place for Pokemon breeding, due to its close proximity to a Pokemon Center. While flabbergasted that people confused the shrine for such a place, Kaen does give his blessings to the visitors and hold no ill-will towards them

Growlithe belongs to The Pokemon Company, obviously

P/s: The body posture is weird, I know. This was initially a bust only, but I extended the drawing to a half-body so that it can be used as a reference of sorts. Also before you ask, Kaen's design is heavily inspired by Tanashii and the anime Gingitsune
