Based on DarkHalo4321 I am not creative whatsoever sometimes, and she inspired me so much so this character is based on her Danny Phantom but!! His story is different, he is Danny Phantom reborn as a non-leopard. He is far from friendly, he hates people and either stay as far away from them as possible or he kills them brutally. This is after his eye grew back, and instead of becoming the color it should be it turned into the opposite color of the other eye, meaning that in his human form his right eye is green while the other one is blue, and in his ghost form his right eye is blue and the other is green as shown in this picture. He has sealed the ghost king inside his body making him the new ghost king and thus he can make the crown and ring appear at any time.
