Ever notice how everytime they give us a glimpse at Sebastian's real form the slowly draw what he looks like from the heals to the pants to shirt so on. Like how first they showed his shoes and in this page u can see what he looks like up to almost the bottom of his top/shirt/whatever? So close to knowing what he looks like!! So very close!! ;-;

He could be a incubus, I mean look at the manga and anime he can easily seduce a woman, get the information, and brush it off as if it was nothing. But I think the htings on his fingers are talons, ya know like on birds. I doubt they are gonna show his whole true form , it keeps the fans hooked. kind like hakkai on saiyuki.

Something tells me the boots appearance is his human form, he just clipped his nails and added the butler uniform.
I am sure his real form is nothing close to human, as we can clearly see in chapter 49.
